The property was clean and minimalist as stated in an older neighborhood. It had everything our party needed. We had to be strategic with fans to keep bedrooms cool. There were 2 A/C units front and back of house and 2 fans. The kitchen was large. Spacious for our group of six adults. The seating for eating was awkward however.One bathroom had a fine tub/shower, but was pretty small otherwise.The historic cemetery nearby was a bonus. Parking was adequate for our 2 vehiclesStaying in concord at this unit was great for our party.

Close To Downtown

Apartment had everything we needed, was comfortable, and was conveniently located for the conference we were attending downtown. We had a minor issue upon arrival that our host addressed immediately and with impressive responsiveness. Would stay there again when in Concord.

Quiet area, easy freeway access

This is a nice place for family, or in our case two couples, to vacation. With two baths and a total of three bedrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Easy access to highways and freeways to explore the area.

Great property but not for families

This apartment is wonderful for adults. It is well kept and clean and exactly as pictured. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The biggest issue we had was with the landlord who lives upstairs. Less than 24 hours before our arrival we were informed that the property was owner occupied and that they are sensitive to 'unusually loud noises'. We never would have booked here had we known that seeing as we were traveling with two toddlers and children can be unpredictable. Upon arrival we immediately got a message that we were being too loud even though we were just brining our stuff in and that she could hear children in the unit. We had informed the property manager that we had 2 toddlers well in advance of our arrival (6+ months). We were informed that after 8pm they ask for 'little to no noise'. It wasn't 8pm yet and my children we not being loud. We received another complaint in the morning about my kids playing (again not yelling or being loud) because the landlord works from home and were asked to not be at the property during the day with my children if at all possible. The house is excellent but the stay was extremely uncomfortable and stressful due to the landlord situation. You should not be allowed to book this property with children. If you have just quiet adults in your group, this is a great place to stay and it is in a great location!

Very clean

One of the cleanest properties we've stayed at, and it's obvious the host has put a lot of effort into it. We found the 2nd bathroom almost unusable for the taller folks in our family (it's maybe 4 feet wide) and would have preferred more seating in the living room so all 4 of us could sit and watch TV together. That being said, the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating!

Just what we needed for our trip

The good: - Host was very responsive, I had a couple questions, got quick answers. -location, close to downtown and everything you may need -cleanliness, the space was clean and spacious The Neutral (things that didn’t impact us but could be useful for other people deciding if this is the place for them) -beds, the king bed was the only comfy one, the queen and twin beds were not as comfy but they did the job. -cookware as with most rentals is sparse, knives were all serrated which made cooking tough but this is normal and we made do - the day before our trip I learned there is a noise sensitive upstairs owner this was not an issue for us but if I had kids or a larger group I would have wanted to know that upfront/ within the cancellation period as the building is older and so noise is noticeable. -only 4 big plates, 4 salad plates,4 bowls and 4 mugs, but sleeps 6 people, plenty of cups though. Things I would improve. -The living room the furniture was fine but there wasn’t enough of it. For us as a group of 3 it was a non issue but the rental sleeps 6 and there was only a small couch/loveseat that comfortably fits two but could technically fit three people and one chair. There was a desk with a chair as well but not enough seating for everyone if fully booked. Same for the dining table in the kitchen it seats 4 and we found the pub stools very uncomfortable with the sharp edges and lack of back support. We made it work but again a larger group would struggle.
