Graduation Weekend Delight!

What a perfect spot for us to stay in Columbus for OSU graduation. German Village is so charming with its little shops and restaurants. Industrial Masterpiece was so well appointed with so much space for our family of 6. The owners left us a bottle of wine, waters, coffee and snacks which we thought was such a lovely and welcoming touch. Everything was tidy and clean. The check in process was easy and fast. We will stay here again for football season for sure! Easy to get to campus as well.

Good location, ok property

We are five adults, in town for a family wedding that was held nearby. That was very convenient, and the location offered all we needed within walking distance. The problems we had were minor but add up to annoying. The site said check in info would arrive on Wednesday, I had to message the host three times before the necessary info on arrived on Saturday, the day of check in.I arrived just a few minutes after check in time, and a woman was still cleaning; she said she was getting ready to leave but I only saw one room completely cleaned. I left when she asked if it was ok if she vacuumed. We came back an hour and a half later as she was driving away. The unit was clean but the kitchen island could use some deeper cleaning; when I wiped it after breakfast the next day, the white cloth came away gray. There was no laundry or dishwashing detergent. If the listing says a washer and dishwasher, it’s misleading if there’s no detergent to use. The corner kitchen cabinet door partially fell off when we tried to open it. The living area furniture looks a little worse for wear. The living area windows wouldn’t latch shut. We had to remove the screens during a windy thunderstorm to get them latched after they blew open This VRBO met our needs, but it needs some maintenance attention. This would be a great place for a group what wants to party. It left a little to be desired for us.

Girls Trip Weekend

This house is very unique. There are 4 separate floors. The bedrooms are each on a separate floor. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom which was amazing. It has a fully stocked kitchen with a gas stove. There are 3 different options for making coffee. A french press, expresso machine, and a single serve machine. The living room is large with comfortable seating. There is another common area on the 4th floor with a couch and tv. And a door to the patio/balcony. The house would be perfect if it had larger and softer beds. Finally, i tried to get in touch with the owner about having trouble with the check-in link. I didnt receive a response the whole time we were there. Luckily, I had a friend who was able to help me out or we would not have been able to get into the house. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. We would stay here again.

In town for Golf Show

3 of us were in town for the yearly Golf Show. The place is perfect for 3 people or 3 couples. The only advice I would give is don’t book here if you drive a big SUV or truck as the entry way isn’t very wide and our truck barely fit in the garage. Once we figured out the logistics everything went well.

Family Wedding Weekend

Traveling with adult children and the individual en-suites made this place comfortable for everyone. The homes in this area are close to each other so you can on occasion hear dogs, loud music, etc. coming from other homes but for most of our stay it was quiet. Adorable neighborhood and the host was easy to contact with any questions.

Great house, great location

Great house in a great location. Perfect walking distance for German Village. Two SUV's were tricky for the garage but we made it work. Layout of the house is fantastic but must be able to do stairs-like the description says. One issue with AC but owner was quick to respond.

Convenient location

We were in town for Thanksgiving visiting family that lived in German Village so, the location was perfect for what we needed it for. It was also a clean and spacious rental and because we had the bedroom upstairs we never heard other family members coming and going later in the evening, which was a bonus…allowed us to sleep well. My only recommendation would be for the owner to get a couple of king sized beds that are a little bit more comfortable than the small (firm) beds currently offered and some blinds or curtains on the main floor so people can enjoy lounging on the sofa and watching tv during the day without the sun glaring them in the eyes.

Nationwide Hospital Stay

The owner was so helpful and accommodating. The property was as described and in a nice location. It is only about a third of a mile and was so convenient for our needs.
