This is such a lovely hotel which is conveniently located for the tube, British Museum, shows, food and drinks. The reception staff were so nice and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend.

Immaculately clean and smelt it too! Lovely, decoration, felt like a brand new hotel. My only negative is that I had to climb over the bed to get to the windoe.

Needs a freshen up… rooms are tired. No batteries in TV remote, wi fi doesn’t work at night. Bathroom door sticks Woken by housekeeping at 08.20 asking when we were checking out! Feels impersonal, breakfast is reminiscent of a school canteen!
