I rented a suite for the sole purpose of being able to cook while out of town. The suite had a full refrigerator and cooktop but there were no dishes, pots, pans, silverware, utensils etc…. I asked the front desk and was advised these items are not supplied by the hotel. Even after explaining that I flew in for four days and don’t typically fly with pots and pans in my luggage I was told there was nothing they could do. The suite was a waste of money since I was unable to use the kitchen and had to eat out every day. Additionally, a free breakfast was advertised but not provided and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with back pain every morning. Even the small amenities usually supplied by hotels such as body wash and shampoo were not provided. There was house keeper and no one ever came to replenish our towels or even remake our bed.

Staff were nice. The suite was so dirty: floors were sticky and turned my light colored socks brown, and a drywall screw and drywall dust were on the floor in the bathroom. The floor lamp was plugged into an outlet under the couch that wasn’t working. When we moved the couch to get to the outlet there was so much dust, leaves, and dirt. There were no dishes or silverware in the kitchenette. The fan over the oven couldn’t be turned off. There were three power outlets without covers.

Upon checking in, the woman at the front desk was very cold and seemed inconvenienced by us. When we got to our room, there was not only no bed skirt on the bed, but the bathroom didn't have shampoo, conditioner, hand soap or lotion. Additionally, the bathtub was urine stained and the sheer curtains on the window closest to our bed were shredded and tattered. While the bed was comfortable, we would have rather spent our money at another hotel given how poorly accommodated we felt.

Sonesta Suites, always a wonderful stay. I love the full size refrigerator. I'm just a weekend worker, but if you are going on vacation for a week or so, I'd definitely stay at Sonesta! Coffee maker, stove top, Beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable Just bring your own hair dryer if needed

Let's start here: The clerk at the desk was bored, indifferent and could really care less about the customers trying to check in. Overtly clinical and not about to answer anything she deemed un-necessary. The room - C'mon... No TP, Mouse trap & Bug Traps visible. Weak floor in Bathroom, Coffee Grounds - No Cups (had Lids tho!), take 2 flushes to clear the commode. well stained carpet... This would have been a great deal @ 49.99 per night - NOT what I had to pay and use points to get it at THAT price.... I do NOT recommend this place at all if you are expecting what the name implies (Something better than a roadside inn).

Although most of the staff was polite, I felt like management was more interested in pacifying me than actually resolving the issues. My stay started off with a fruit fly problem, which I ultimately resolved myself by purchasing traps from Walmart. The much bigger issue was the Internet. My connection speed was consistently less than 1 Mbps, and the quality was rated as “very poor.” Instead of taking ownership, the manager repeatedly told me, “No one else has reported issues with the Internet,” as if that was supposed to make the problem feel acceptable or make me go away. He did connect me with the ISP, but they simply said the issue had been “escalated” and that someone would call me back — no one ever did. This went on for six straight days. Eventually, the manager agreed to release me from the final eight days of my reservation so I could find another hotel. Overall, the experience left me feeling dismissed rather than helped. While the staff was kind, the management’s approach to problem-solving needs serious improvement.
