The lady at the front desk was quite unhelpful when we were trying to check in slightly early! We had multiple rooms and I only needed one as a priority for the artist I was tm’ing for to get ready for her show! I found it hard to believe they hadn’t a single room that they could have given us instead of having to wait until nearer 3pm check in time! First time in all my touring career I’ve ever experienced this issue!

Sad the pool was out of order

Overall, our stay was good. The room was decent and we slept well, but we booked this room because the hotel advertised a pool and the pool was out of order the entire weekend we stayed there so we were disappointed on that aspect.

The shuttle bus starts at 5am, which does not show on the booking page. But I had a early flight, so I had to leave at 4am. I decided to check out almost right away. I was asking the front desk to print out a receipt for me. They refused my request. They were holding $200 for the room deposit, which was way higher than all the hotels that I have been staying.

On a Happier Note

We really enjoyed our stay we appreciate the friendliness and the hospitality. Our only mishap was the drain in the bathroom would not plug up so that you can enjoy a bath. We did report that to the front desk and he just had said thank you for letting him know, that was room 203. The tables in the cafeteria were wobbly, but it was a beautiful place to stay clean, friendly and comfortable and we appreciate that.

Check-in went smoothly. The room was clean, but the trash can still had garbage left by previous guests. Throughout the night, the AC/Heater unit switched back and forth between cooling and heating. The breakfast provided was nice. I noticed a sign in our room that read, "Forgot something? We’ve got extras..." However, when I went to inquire about getting a razor, I was informed that I would need to pay $4.00. The hotel might want to be a little more specific about what “extras” they were willing to provide their guests with. The person at check-out was okay.

Great breakfast buffet. Rooms were nice. Refrigerator didn't seem that cold and not sure to make it colder. Only issue was the night light in the bathroom reflected in the mirror right where I was sleeping on the left side of the bed.
