Features full kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, fireplace, laundry & ample parking—perfect for families, workers & anglers!

The living room has a couch and loveseat, 55` smart TV, Roku streaming stick with remote and electric fireplace with remote. Streaming services are available with guest`s own accounts.

This house has 3 bedrooms with 1-king, 1-queen and 1-XL twin bed. The main bedroom has a 42` smart TV. The main bathroom has a shower/tub combo with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. There is an additional 1/2 bathroom located in the basement.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All pots, pans and cooking utensils are provided. There`s also a single brew keurig/coffee maker with coffee, decaf and tea pods.

We also have a full-size washer and dryer located in the basement.

Guests will have access to the entire house. The driveway can accommodate several vehicles.

Located on a corner lot in a neighborhood with both homes and nearby businesses, this home offers a convenient and charming setting. Guests may occasionally notice activity from the surrounding area, though the interior provides a comfortable and welcoming space to relax.

This house is secured by a security system and has one ring camera on the front porch pointing to the front yard and one camera facing the garage. There are no cameras inside the house. We respect our guest`s privacy when they stay at our house.

Main bed was comfy but living room furniture is worn out and needs to be replaced. Kitchen was pretty well stocked but we were unable to locate extra trash bags which made things a challenge. Definitely a lot of noise around the house.

Perfect for a fishing trip. Driveway easily accommodates a truck/ boat and then some. Road and driveway are perfect for backing a trailer in, simple cut and follow. The house / rooms are nice as well. The partial bath in the basement is a nice touch as well. Beds were great. 3rd stay at this location, will stay again. Rick is very helpful and truely cares about his guests experience.

Cute and perfect

Family and I had an amazing time very cute perfect little place to stay highly recommended to anyone who was traveling and looking for a quick place to stay for a weekend or a week for that matter. Quick responses and very easy to deal with. One suggestion would be to leave a book so the people could write about their experiences and it would create memories of the house. Quiet Retreat

We found this gem in Lorain to be a quiet place for the three of us to gather and restore ourselves. The gathering space is perfect for a small group with its charming fireplace and cozy atmosphere. The host was extremely accommodating to our needs.

Awesome Home

The owner was so kind and helpful. We came into town for my father's funeral. He got us in a couple of hours early so we could get to the wake early. He was quick to respond and everything he stated in his listing was accurate. It is an older home that was completely renovated. It is clean and simple. The only thing missing (in my opinion) is a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. And, the contractor neglected to measure properly, as you cannot open the oven all the way without kitting the island. LOL Minor detail, but the rest was just perfect. We traveled with 5 people and this was absolutely what we needed. We will be back when we come back to Lorain. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great location

This cute little home was just perfect for our weekend getaway. This home had everything we needed, was close to Lake Erie and so many things to do in the area. There was great communication with the owners throughout the stay. Our family definitely felt right at home during our stay and we would recommend this place. Thank you hosts.
