You cant find staff anywhere. Couldnt check in to my room. Noone was at the front desk for over an hour. Called heard phones ring but noone around

The check-in process is not the best. You cannot check in before 3:pm. If your flight arrives before noon, you can't shop for groceries, or unpack & settle in before then. I returned at 3:00. No one was in the office. I picked up the "courtesy phone" & it just rang busy, not working. Someone showed up soon after & I got checked in. After getting to room to unpack, no hangers. Went back to office & was told they would be brought to my room. Never happened. 3rd day there, (my reservation was for 7 nights), I was making lunch, & there was a knock, & someone came right in to my room before I could walk from the table to the door. Person who had checked me in was surprised I was still there. I stated that my reservation was through Saturday. They said they would fix that. No apology for barging in, no apology for not checking the reservation schedule. This place is close to my family & I hate to change location, but there are other places close by. I've been going here for 4 or 5 years, but have not had problems like this.

Wasn't what I expected. Only 2 very very thin towels per room, unacceptable. No More .nothing supplied in room. A box of tissues would be nice! Not told full extent of facility upon check in. Or when making reservations. Every cheap hotel has a coffee maker!! $30, for one ,laughable! Won't stay at any of this chain ever!

Do not stay here

Pros: Hotel called and cancelled my reservation at 2pm on my day of arrival. We were 45 minutes away and the clerk explained to me they were overbooked. I had booked my reservation 3 days in advance and was staying here to meet my parents (in from Chicago) who are in their late 70s to drive them to downtown Cleveland for the World Series. Clerk told me, because I did not book my reservation direct she could not help me and I should call Travelocity and hung up on me (twice).
Cons: My parents did stay here and I met them, so did see the facility. There is no lobby, I had to call my parents room then my mother had to come down to open the door so we could go up to their room. The room was sparse, had no lamps, just one overhead light, no tissues, no vending, no ice machines. Room had full size refrigerator, two burner stove, large kitchen sink, but no utensils, cups, plates etc. My parents were on their 3rd room, first room had no pillows, the second room lights didn't work. At 2am after returning from the game, an entire bus load of people were in the parking lot trying to check in, since there was no lobby, they had to stand in the parking lot outside! The hotel reminded me of a rehab facility.

the lady was very nice with our check in

first a manager had left also the desk clerk , they quit ....housekeeping personnel checked us in .....we had to ask for some towels since their was only one set in room
