The apartment is perfectly placed downtown with most places within walking distance. As expected being downtown, it is a very busy and high traffic area during the day and more calm during the night. Parking is iffy with a few options. You can either park on the street at a paid meter for up to 4 hours with a app or park inside a parking garage over night for between 14-30 depending on events in the area. The apartment itself was nice with all of the amenities you would expect. The only minor gripes would be the bed which only sits about 6 inches off the floor, just way lower than what we are use to. But the bed itself was comfortable. The couch in the living room is firm & pretty small and fits about 3 small people comfortably. Overall this was a perfect location to walk to baseball games, plays, and nearby great restaurants.
