I had such a great stay, from the personalized card left on my bed welcoming me to the hotel and the daily dinner/ happy hour event with 3 drink tickets. I love that the rooms had a mini fridge and microwave. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was extremely kind and courteous. The hotel was pretty clean overall. It is winter in Cleveland, but the front lobby and elevators were soaked with dirty water from melting snow. My only real criticism is they didn't have a smart TV in my room. Overall, id recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my four night stay at this property. upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and the check in went very smoothly. The dinner selection was a little less than at other Drury Inn's I have stayed but the food was always fresh and replenished with break. The staff was always friendly. I only encountered one instance that a staff person did not speak. Throughout the hotel staff would smile and speak which made a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed being able to take fresh popcorn and a soda to my room at the end of the day. I would easily revisit this hotel if I'm in the Cleveland area again.
