We had an amazing stay here while in Cincinnati. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. Close to ballpark and zoo while staying there. Had a great view of the river and bridge. It’s nice to stay driving distance to all activities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome with a great selection each morning. We highly recommend for a stay while visiting Cincinnati!

The bedroom was a corner room and super spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. The hotel was clean and tidy and staff were accommodating. Breakfast was superb and the morning staff were friendly and helpful. The only item we had an issue with was the cold swimming pool. I had hoped it was heated but it wasn't and we only stayed in it for about 30 minutes. Other than that, great experience and super close to the Newport Aquarium.

I had a great stay. The employee at the front desk when I checked in was very friendly and nice to talk to. The bed and pillows were soft but not too soft and very comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was nice. And the coffee was hot. My only complaint was the pancake machine was broken and I love that thing. Otherwise, solid stay and I’d gladly stay there again.

Front desk was very helpful. Breakfast worker was a little irritated. Like she did not want to clean up after people. Price on popcorn was way over priced. And the microwave in our room burnt the popcorn and the plate doesn’t fit in the microwave. There was no play dry bags in our room but the house keeper worker was very friendly and helped us after she found someone who spoke English. I would stay here again.
