It was fine. Front desk staff was frazzled. The top lock on the door in my room was broken. It's close to wherever you want to go in Newport, Covington, and Cincinnati.

This place could use an update. It’s old-hallway rugs and doors could use replacing, tub could use an updating, bathroom counter was yucky, mirror frame in bathroom was dirty as were all of the light switches, tv remote was dirty among other issues. The river view was wonderful and the bed sheets are clean.

It was not enough parking everything was packed tight, the hallway floors needed to be cleaned or swept. When we got into the room the bath tub was dirty the beds sheets was wrinkle like someone slept in the bed. Floor needed to be vacuumed, the room was hot so we turn on the air an it blow out dirty things that was built up from years ago, that I had an asthma attack that lead to an Panic attack this stay was by far the worst I have had .

Our room was not clean. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast consisted of a packaged muffin. Great location but too much money for a second rate hotel.
