It was a short commute from CLT Airport. Room was ready at check-in time with amenities. Initial problems with the a/c. Management had it up and running in less than 45 minutes. Virginia was very cordial and provided extra towels. Linda and India at the Front Desk were very helpful. Blackout curtains were a bonus. Easy checkout and minutes away from Aldi’s, Walmart, Fuel Stations, Family Dollar, etc making it easy to grab kitchen supplies. Streaming apps require personal log in information. Laundry facilities were efficient. Parking was free with lots of availability. I will definitely stay there again.

Decent enough stay. Rooms were clean for the most part. No blow dryer in the room, nor were there any tissues. There was an elevator and plenty of parking. The room had ample storage, a full size fridge and a kitchenette.

Not really a hotel. It's an extended stay facility. It has kitchens in the units which is fine but the bathroom has a very bright light set to a motion detector connected to a very loud ventilation unit. If you have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night watch out! There is no hairdryer and there is no coffee available in the morning. I imagine that this facility is setup to service government contracts to house people.
