The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful! However, I had a problem with my room where there was a leak in our bathroom. The ceiling was leaking and a puddle of water formed beside the toilet. We also had to dry the toilet seat every time we used the bathroom. We didn’t realize it until late because we got there with just enough time to get there and get dressed to make it to our event. We noticed the problem late but called and there was no maintenance in the building. We felt entitled to a discount for our inconvenience but they said because we made our purchase through a third party, they couldn’t discount our room. I am not sure about going this route in the future because if I can’t be reimbursed for mishaps like this, that is a loss on my end!

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly, we did extend or check out time by an hour, with ease. It was in walking distance of the Bank of America Stadium, which was nice.

My boyfriend and I rode our motorcycles so we called ahead because we knew it was valet parking only. The valet manager told us it would be no problem. He would just let us into the parking garage at the hotel when we arrived which he did. No issues there. After we got parked, we had to take the elevator to the 10th floor to check in. Elevators take a while to get to you as there are tenants also in the building as well as a restaurant. Check in was quick. We then waited for an elevator to go down to the ground level to get a luggage cart. Waited again for an elevator. Took the elevator to the 14th floor to our room. Room was small, dusty, dingy bathroom and super hard bed. View out the dirty window was to a parking lot. The next morning, I left our room keys in the room as I always do when I leave a hotel. We then realized we couldn’t get to the parking garage without the room keys so I went to the lobby to ask for assistance. I was asked why I needed to get to the garage so I told the gentleman we needed to get to our motorcycles. He told me, “no. You need to go to valet and they will get your motorcycles for you.” Ummmm no… valet attendants don’t just hop on 900 lb motorcycles and ride them out of the garage. He must have realized how foolish he sounded because he gave me another room key so that we could use it to get to the garage. Over-all I wasn’t pleased with the hotel and will not stay again.

Good hotel but expensive on some things

I hated paying $38 for parking but enjoyed my room and the food I bought from the hotel. I wish there was way more parking! Food was expensive but I got good sized portions.
