The room are spacious. The rooms could use better cleaning especially the bathroom, stained bath tubs , our bathroom sink was clogged and draining water so slow ( called front desk and they addressed the issue right away). The carpet in the rooms could some deep cleaning. The curtains had stains on them, they need to be cleaned too. Overall our stay was there was ok, location is very convenient, very close to the airport.

The room was nice. The chair in the room is ripped on the seat. The carpets in the hallway and the rooms could use a good cleaning. The bed and pillows were both very comfortable. It was a comfortable stay for both my mom and I.

When we landed, called front desk to ask where we get shuttle and she was not helpful (just go out there where shuttles are). It was so busy and crowded, and waited, so had to pay taxi $38.00 for short trip. Hotel was nice and staff were nice, but it was so NOISEY (loud trucks, etc) all night long - did not get sleep. Shuttle service going back to airport was excellent and gentleman was so friendly.

Was only there for 1 night (checked in at 11.30 pm) and left early next morning (6 am). Didn't see or do much in the hotel , so can't really rate a lot. We did do breakfast before we left and buffet was pretty limited. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Waited in line for 15 mins at 4pm because person at front desk was on the phone. Then told the room was not available and to come back later. Walked to Waffle House and front gate to property was locked so we needed to walk back and exit on the road with the cars. No dining options available at hotel. Room was not available until after 5pm and we left at 0200 for airport

The dresser, night stand, and desk still had stains. There were cup rings on the night stands. The escutcheon was detached from the shower wall and The floor around the front of the toilet wasn’t cleaned well. Other than those issues, it was a good stay.

Other IHGs had been an enjoyable stay. This one had several shortcomings: on a two-day stay, the room and bed were not cleaned up, and no new towels were provided, leaving a mess to come back to that evening. Worse, there was a $10 a day charge for parking in a suburban setting that was not noted clearly in advance, after we had committed to stay the night. Worse, we were told that it had to be paid by the iPhone!

Hotel was ideally placed, just a quick 10 min ride to the airport (Shuttle also available). Not noisy, pleasant surroundings, lovely front desk staff
