Ladies at he check in very friendly & helpful. Nice rooms, very clean. Definitely not quiet but you expect that next to an airport. Only complaint was 2/8 machines in the gym out of service. Would stay there again- also have really good breakfast burritos.

Clean and comfy but shower needs maintenance.

Very clean. Shower in bad need of repair. Apparent mold in the junction of wall and tile floor. Shower and shampoo dispenser was torn off the wall. Shower was kind of icky; it needs attention. But… it was clean, other than that. The whole room was clean, other than that.

This was the perfect location, adjacent to the Charlotte Airport. The hotel was efficient and the room was clean. They even allowed us to check in a little early. They offer carts to help bring your luggage to the room. A small restaurant is available, as is a gym if you want. Parking was close to hotel. Overall, we were happy with our choice.

I booked my room through Expedia and when I got to the property they did not have any rooms. the front desk guy ASSURED me he would cancel the reservation and I wouldn't get charged, but Expedia charged me. When Expedia reached out to the property they would not approve the refund. Both Expedia and this hotel should be able to refund me if they allowed booking but did not have rooms. I will never book with Expedia again, nor will I ever stay at a Marriot.
