Girl working front desk was not friendly whatsoever. No smile, no greeting, no ANYTHING. I am ALWAYS asked if I'm using card reservation was made with to complete the charge. I wasn't, and she charged card I wasnt planning on using. I had other card in my hand ready to present to her. When I gave it to her she said..."I already charged card on file". I said you never confirmed if that is the one I wanted to use. She said "you booked through expedia so it is assumed". Upon checkout was told I couldn't get receipt because expedia would send it. I reached out to expedia and was told hotel is to provide it since i opted to pay at property.

Great breakfast!

Parking was difficult because of event across the street. I believe cars were parking there that did not stay at hotel. Back door did not work with room card. Staff very friendly! Check in was ok. People working desk were to busy talking to each other. Breakfast outstanding!

The only issue I see is that our room had a contant cold air draft and cigarrette smoke coming in from around the heat unit. We were right at the roof covering an exit on the front and the gap betweeen the wall and the heater was large enough to fit your finger in. When people were out smoking under the roof it was coming directly into our room. Outside of this veryone was super nice and courteous ans the facility breakfast was great and very clean.

The room was messy. There were plastic wrappings and candy on the floor. Hangers were thrown in the closet. Soap was empty in bathroom. The front desk staff were helpful. That’s it. Do not recommend.

This was the cleanest hotel that ive stayed at in a very long time. In addition - everything in the room furnishings etc. Were in excellent condition. Could have used a new mini fridge- but, the one there worked. A one cup hot water maker would be good separate from the coffee maker would be nice- so- the tea doesnt taste like coffee. They did charge me extra money when i got there called an incidental fee.
