Clean Unit, Excellent Location

This unit was exactly as described. Great location close to King St, everything was walkable. The Stay Duvet team were excellent communicators throughout the stay. Would boom again.

Cute. Perfect little studio

We loved this location! Little shops, bars, and a fantastic restaurant right below the apartment. No issues, comfortable bed, and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The noise of the restaurant didn’t bother us at all, it closed relatively early and we were not disturbed. Also we took advantage of the club membership that came with the rental and used it to go to the gym/coffee shop.

A great stay!

Property was as described. Communication from hosts was timely and responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Don’t miss out on the restaurant downstairs, it’s fantastic.

Frustrating communication

My boyfriend and I were so excited to get to the location, and we had a very terrible time trying to figure out the parking situation. The instructions were unclear, and it took us 45 minutes of circling the property, connecting with the management company, and talking to the local restaurant connected to the property to understand the parking situation.

Nice place within walking of King

The place looked exactly like the photos. Very nice. The thermostat is not allowed to and won’t set below 70. The windows don’t have screens so we didn’t open them. There was a small floor fan that we used but we were so hot the entire stay! The outside temp was high of 70-72 daily. I like to sleep way cooler than 70. Pillows were terrible. Very flat and hard. Bed was firm. If you like that. You must have your own log in to watch any live tv on the ROKU smart tv like Hulu, YouTube, etc. That was frustrating and not mentioned in the description. Maybe focus less on all the restaurants and attractions and give more tv details. More hangers on the clothes rack would be nice. There were 8. For 2 adults and staying 4 nights, we had multiple things to hang. No pants hangers either. The 2 closets in the photos are not usable space. More for decoration. The area was an easy walk to King St. Having off street parking was nice.

Quaint with easy access to Charleston!

We were a few blocks from King St and all that Charleston has to offer. Very cute apartment for my husband and I. He listing stated that it might be noisy due to the restaurant underneath but it wasn’t even noticeable. Perfect for a couple!

Perfect for a couple.

Comfy clean and just right for a couple. Nicely decorated. About .6th of a mile to the free public DASH. A bit noisy till about midnight but we were so tired it didn't bother us much

Prime location

This location/Burrough of Charleston is so charming! We walked almost everywhere and took advantage of the top notch businesses just down the street. Make the Chubby Fish and Kultura a must visit on your list. The suite was very clean and the customer service was 5 ⭐️ We will definitely be back!

Good location

Place is as described and nice accommodations. It’s noisy when restaurant below is open but ear plugs fix that easily. I would stay here again as I was able to walk where I wanted and easy for drivers to locate as there is a restaurant beneath.

Great Property and Professional Service

Placed looked good, but not very accommodating

Parking was hard, no drawers for clothing, no closet space. Faucet on sink in bathroom was loose. Very noisy, duct work from restaurant below runs thru apartment. No night light to help find way to stairs. Washer and dryer was not leveled properly. It bounced everywhere when used.

4 day getaway

Overall, the location of this apartment is great and walkable to almost everything you want to do. It was nicely decorated and put together with all the streaming services available. The full kitchen was very convenient as we had breast milk to keep cold. Unfortunately we had trouble finding a working outlet. We tried 4 different outlets along the wall of the bed and none of them worked. Thankfully there were a few other outlets that we could utilize. The bed is extremely comfortable and the washer and dryer were handy to have. We had a little bit of trouble with the washer staying balanced but was able to still use it. Checkin and checkout were very simple and smooth. We were fortunate enough to eat at the restaurant below the apartment, Verns and it was the best food we had ever had. Definitely worth the price! Overall my husband and I enjoyed our trip and our time in this apartment.

Christmas in Charleston

Place was as expected. True that it needs some closet space but we knew that from a previous review. It is walking distance to King street but the very end so we did drive more than we wished.

Great place to stay!

What a great location for this cute little spot. Everything was great besides not having a ton of storage. They have provided hooks and hangers which helps, but if you don’t like to see your luggage that might be an issue for you. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about booking. We didn’t try the restaurant underneath (Vern’s), but we really wished we had.

Great location

Our stay was great! It was clean, well equipped for us, and very convenient to what we wanted to do. The space is in a neighborhood being revitalized. We stayed on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. It is above a restaurant that is open Thursday through Monday. Judging by the noise on the days they were closed, I would think it can be a little noisy when the restaurant is open until 10pm. I’d stay here again but only on Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
