"This was our second time staying here. We were here in April 22. We’d come back. Check in/out was easy, front desk staff was nice. Hotel rooms are a bit dated but overall felt clean. Carpet looked old and could be replaced. We stayed in the Agave suites with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. For some reason there were only 3 towels in the room, even though it slept 6 (and we had 5 people notated at checkin). We had to call twice to get more towels. They also had forgotten to fill the soap and conditioner-had to ask twice for that. Beds are comfortable but my son said the sofa bed was awful (felt all the springs). He ended up keeping it as a couch and sleeping on it that way. Loved the extra space with the living room and having the toilet separate from the sink. We used the waterpark and the pool near the room. The pool near the room had one hot tub working, the other was not. Pool was slightly heated but still cold. Warm enough for kids to splash around in at night in February. Plenty of pool towels. I wish the water park was open longer than 10-5. The main pool at the water park was warm! Which was great when high was around 62 degrees. Lazy River was cool-we only made it one trip around. Other pool was slightly warmer but not as warm as the main pool. Slide was warm enough (slower slide). Mini golf is a bit confusing where the next hole is. It’s not an exciting course but it’s a fun activity for kids. Waterpark staff great. Lots of construction around but not loud. Need a car."
