I would leave 0 stars if I could. Made reservations through Hotels.com. When I went to check in, they claimed they had no reservation for us. The family in front of us were told the same thing. What it seems like to me is that the management CHOSES not to honor reservations in order to get last minute reservations at a jacked up price. They do not care how their actions affect anyone. The poor family in front of us had a small child, and here they are at 9pm with no place to stay. This motel 6 should be ashamed of themselves, but they aren’t. Looked straight in the dad’s face and said get a refund online, we don’t have a room for you. Disgusting!!!
