I would leave 0 stars if I could. Made reservations through Hotels.com. When I went to check in, they claimed they had no reservation for us. The family in front of us were told the same thing. What it seems like to me is that the management CHOSES not to honor reservations in order to get last minute reservations at a jacked up price. They do not care how their actions affect anyone. The poor family in front of us had a small child, and here they are at 9pm with no place to stay. This motel 6 should be ashamed of themselves, but they aren’t. Looked straight in the dad’s face and said get a refund online, we don’t have a room for you. Disgusting!!!

It was NOT what i expected at all; obviously, it’s a motel so i already knew it wasn’t going to super nice. However, the room was filthy, there was brown/maroon (blood color) stains on carpet and wall. the whole area smelled like weed and drugs, the lights didn’t work, chairs were broken, table top was shattered, no room cleaning/checkings, the area VERY UNSAFE AND NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. It was not a motel for guests only but people ACTUALLY LIVED THERE. Not discriminating at all but the people that lived there were not healthy people. i saw neighbors on fentanyl literally bend over outside of my room door.

Room was at 90. Air didn't work. Had to open door to outside riffraff. Car alarm , loud Harley, dog barking, dirty counters in room, didn't feel safe. $50 deposit for ?? which is supposed to be returned in 3 to 5 business days. Would have gladly paid a little more. Rooms were spacious and fairly nice. Beds were ok.

my room wasn't ready upon check-in, there was a LOT of activity in and around the premises, accusations of child abduction and drug dealings from guests to staff, my room was very dirty: stained carpets etc.dust and grime on everything and none of the lamps had bulbs.. no remote to the tv, hot tub was vile, elevators (all of them) were out of order and one of my pillow cases had blood on it

The room was as expected for the rate; however, the AC/Heat did not work. The air filter was so dirty and clogged that the system could not recirculate the air, and therefore was no airflow in the room. There was no one onsite after 5pm who could replace the air filter, and they did not have any clean rooms available to switch me to. The temperature in the room was very uncomfortable, was unable to get restful sleep. The motel seemed to be where many families were living full time. It was a very busy, especially after the sun went down. Random people knocking at the door.

Pictures are not accurate. False, pool smells and not clean. The entire facility is dirty, so many people just wondering around. Daylight is okay but Dawn night fall comes all the crazies come out. Smoking weed, drink, fighting, you can be minding your business someone will say something to you. This place is a half star!! We stayed 9 nights we went by pictures as posted. Not once was our sheets or room clean, we did request. We washed our own towels with Clorox since when we got to the room they were smelly and dirty. AC is not cold, room was muggy and balcony door doesn’t open. If you stay please bring air fresheners. One thing good was no bugs in sight!! At the end if you in desperate need stay here if not go elsewhere!!! Parking is crazy! Looks more like a homeless shelter to be honest. None stop odor of marijuana and cops on property nightly!!! This is my review
