"Although first impressions of tattered entry rugs, the hotel was welcoming. The staff were friendly and accmmodating, The evening started with a complimentary drink (either sangria or an old fashioned). Being directly on King street , it allowed for easy walking to the waterfront, restaurants and pubs. The free King street trolley was an added bonus. Our room was clean and comfortable "

"Excellent location, comfortable rooms and great staff. Suggestions for improvement: Overnight parking is very tight; I wish the spaces were a little bigger (and safer) I wouldn’t mind paying a little more. Also No closet hanging space or bathroom fans. "
