This was a perfectly good mid-range hotel, except that the beds were hard, with springs poking through the foam padding. The free breakfast was excellent, especially the waffle toppings.

to start incompetence staff. Then they ware all available for the corporate evaluation. After that they went back to the way it was. No breakfast refills no cleaning of the tables. It was a cluster fick. Not the employees fault corporate fault.
