La préposée à la réception m'a informé que le déjeuner serait servi à 6.30 heures, j'ai expressément demandé car mon vol était très tôt, (malgré que c'était clairement indiqué 6 heures sur une pancarte). Il a été servi effectivement à 6 heures et je l'ai raté, merci beaucoup. La TV n'a jamais fonctionné et évidemment il n,'y avait personne pour y remédier....ils offrent une navette de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel, mais aucun renseignement est donné nulle part et aucune réponse à mes questions à ce sujet , j'ai dû prendre un bus pour m'y rendre

THEY LIE ABOUT THEIR FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE BEING AVAILABLE FROM 4AM UNTIL 11PM! They neglect to tell you that from 9:45am until 5:35pm the shuttles are not available. This means you will end up paying over $30 for a Taxi if you come between these times

Room and hotel overall were clean and fresh, but we did experience a plumbing issue in our room, as water poured out at my feet when running water in the sink in the kitchenette area. Suggest starting breakfast at 6:00 rather than 6:30, as there were may people taking the 6:55 shuttle and they wanted to eat earlier.

Checking in was good no problems. But check out. when I needed to check out no body was at reception desk. Had to wait a while and I missed the airport shuttle. The next one was 1hour later… Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. But no shampoo or conditioner.
