The hotel was wonderful, English speaking, clean room, beautiful done room, comfortable. Good and drinks available in restaurant or lobby area. Airport shuttle great , awesomeness

We stayed at the hotel due to a long layover at Brussels airport. As we could not check in the luggage all the way through we had two suitcases with us. I booked this hotel partly because of the price, partly because of a shuttle service from and to the airport. When we went to the shuttle station we found a note that due to Covid the shuttle has been suspended. We should call the hotel for a cab. Nobody picked up the phone. We hired a cab and for 15 Euro we got to the hotel in 5 minutes. It was not bad, but unpleasant with the suitcases. Going back to the airport the hotel arranged a free taxi ride. Apart from the initial hiccup, the stay was fine and worth the money.
