Staff is great. Price was very nice too compared with other hotels downtown. The carpet in the hall was very dirty and the room’s walls and items were also dirty. No soap in the shower. The remote control worked 1/2 the time and took several tries to turn on/off or adjust channels. We also ordered king size bed but the bed came with two small blankets which was very inconvenient for a couple.

Room was small but clean and efficient. Getting back to car rental at Zaventem in total dark and rainy conditions, without decent signage was a scary experience but I am by now very used to it. Nothing wrong with the hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly! It seemed like they enjoyed their job!

The Pentahotel was a 5 minute walk to the city bus that took us directly to and from the airport. It was convenient for our travels. The rooms are outdated, the walls are thin, and there are not a lot of options for food nearby. The bed could use more pillows. The staff were welcoming, and very helpful and even let us check in early. Overall, it was a decent stay for our layover.

The staff was great. The room was comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed in was the breakfast. I originally paid to have breakfast for the two mornings I was there, but on that first morning there wasn’t much to eat so they did refund me. The disappointment came when I just wanted a cup of coffee and they would not allow me to have a cup of coffee and there is no coffee set up in the room so I walked next-door to the Holiday Inn and got coffee and had my meals there
