Bienvenido a nuestro condominio recientemente renovado ubicado en Newton.

Por aquí, básicamente puedes acceder a cualquier ubicación que se te ocurra. Solo tiene que caminar menos de 10 minutos hasta un transporte, cine, restaurantes, pubs, comidas enteras, etc. Si va a Boston, Fenway Park, Back Bay, South Station y el aeropuerto, solo le tomará 15 minutos conducir.

El condominio que cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 1. 5 baños en el primer piso de una casa multifamiliar. Tiene una entrada delantera y trasera.

Puede usar cualquier cosa dentro del condominio, ofrecemos café y té k-cup. La lavadora y la secadora están en la planta baja.

El barrio es muy acogedor, tranquilo, seguro y tranquilo.

Vivimos en el segundo piso, por lo que estamos disponibles para ayudar en cualquier momento. Haremos todo lo posible para que su estadía sea cómoda. Si necesita transporte en cualquier momento, como recogerlo en el aeropuerto y / o dejarlo, se le puede cobrar una tarifa de servicio.

Graduation from BC weekend

Wonderful place to stay. Great location and very clean and comfortable. Very close to Boston College.Host checked in on our stay. Highly recommend this place. Laundry facilities on site a plus and parking on site a plus.

Roomy location close to Boston transport links

The property was in a quiet convenient location, it was well equipped with two toilets , one in a bathroom. The 2 beds were comfortable and the bed settee was a good third. Communication with the owners was excellent. All in all excellent location and worked well for us on marathon weekend with good access to Boston central by train

A Wonderful Newton Home

Behind an ordinary exterior in Newtonville lies this wonderful, comfortable apartment. The apartment is carefully decorated and incredibly cozy. It has an excellent kitchen and the location is a short drive to Trader Joe's, West Newton Cinema and other local highlights. Bing could not have been more helpful. We'll be back.

Wonderful Place!

This apartment is so nice! Great for our family of 4 staying over Thanksgiving. Very nice, very clean, and comfortable - just like it is described. Pictures represent it well which isn't always the case! Proximity to the city and other conveniences is great. It is also nice to have a designated parking spot so you don't have to worry about street parking. Owners communicated great. We would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay for getting into Boston

Great place to stay with easy access into Boston and around the western suburbs. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated and most importantly, CLEAN. Very easy check in and parking. One caveat (but not a negative) is that there's no separation between the living and kitchen spaces or the two bedrooms which was fine with us but just something to keep in mind if that's a need you have.

The property was comfortable and we felt at home. With a 90-year-old with us, that was very important! It was easy to get in and out of the property from the back lot. We had all of the necessary kitchen items for light cooking. The property was very clean with plenty of storage space. The location was convenient to Newton villages and the highways. I would recommend!

We had a lovely stay here. Property is exactly as described, the pictures give a good sense of the place. Host was very welcoming and easy to stay in touch with as needed. Close to a Trader Joe's (walkable) so it was easy to stock the kitchen and do some simple cooking. Felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming apartment in convenient neighborhood

This newly renovated, first floor apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood close to many conveniences. It is very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the off-the-street parking lead directly to the back door. Our stay was excellent.

Comfortable, clean, and great location

This was the perfect place to stay to visit Boston. It was near the bus stop (less than a quarter mile walk) to take the bus to downtown. It was less than 2 miles from the train/subway line. That made it very convenient for going into downtown without needing to drive and battle traffic. Bing was friendly and was easy to reach by email or text message. Although, we didn't have any issues, so we didn't have any need to get a hold of her. The rental is beautiful and comfortable and clean. I highly recommend it.
