Stayed 1 night before a big road trip. Staff was great. Plug/USB strip next to bed not working so they changed our room. Double queen bed room super comfortable. Beds great, pillows soft and fluffy. Walk in shower was really convenient. Good lighting in the bathroom. Definitely recommend if you need a comfortable hotel near Logan Airport. Easy parking that was free. Coffee/tea/water station 24 hours in lobby. Definitely would stay again.

Had to wait almost 2 hours for airport shuttle. might have been due to some miscommunication between the staff and the driver. Given my last night flight, this severely impacted my next day schedule. Will sugegst you call front desk regularly instead of waiting for the recommended 25 mins. Rooms were quite cramped, but very clean & convenient. Breakfast had good variety.

Great place to stay!

My stay was great, and my only complaint would be that the air conditioner didn't maintain the correct temperature in the room. I woke up sweating several times throughout the night. The shuttle was easy to get and didn't take too long. I like that they offer complimentary coffee and hot tea.

We stayed one night here, the room was clean and quiet, and the airport shuttle was very convenient (leaves every hour on the hour, you just have to let the front desk know in advance that you'd like to utilize it). Breakfast was mostly grab and go items with wrapped breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, etc. Overall comfortable and convenient!

This was the perfect place for us to stay before departing from BOS on an early morning flight. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was super convienent and easy. The cost was higher than usual for this level of hotel, but it was a more affordable option than many of the others in the area. I would stay here again.

Check in and check out was easy. Staff was friendly. Our room and all common areas were exceptionally clean. The Breakfast buffet had lots of options including hot breakfast sandwiches or wraps. 24 hour fresh coffee, water or sparkling flavored water dispenser. Close to Logan Airport and the T terminal. They offer shuttle service but we didn’t need it.

The shuttle takes a very long time for a pick up at the airport when you land. We waited 45-50 minutes for it to arrive. When we called the front desk to ask for an extra towel around 10 PM they told us that we had to go downstairs and get it from them ourselves. Breakfast was OK premade sandwiches that you were able to take to go, fruit, yogurt, and cereal options.

Very friendly staff, rooms were very clean and up to date. Bathroom was very spacious and up to date with plenty of towels the beds were so comfortable, slept like a baby. They came in the next morning and refreshed our room. It’s a little bit pricey but I will definitely stay here again.
