Room was filthy at check in - Primarily the floor, bathroom and fixtures were ok. Blinds had a hole in them and the room faced the main parking area, so I had to hang my pants in front of the window for privacy. There was a "comfy" chair in the room that when sat on revealed all sorts of nastiness around the cushion that was otherwise hidden. But it was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Visit this location for yourself and you’ll understand fully why I have posted this review. First time customer. When I checked in, I wasn’t sure if I needed an extra night. The gal that night was kind and said if I didn’t need the room it would be refunded. I decided I didn’t need the room an extra night so I asked for a refund. The Assistant Manager stated there are no refunds. I explained to her that it was highly unprofessional to have employees not know their policy. The Assistant Manager stated she was feeling very disrespected and her emotions were out of control. She was not being disrespected by me in any way and I told her that. I was kind enough to explain my frustrations and request a refund as I was told by the staff that I could. She was extremely rude and told me to get a life. At that point I told her she needed to keep her emotions at the door when coming to work. It’s unprofessional to act out because she can’t control herself or her emotions and not be able to function at work. She is highly unprofessional and she herself should look more presentable, I was shocked with how she presented herself. The facility was filthy, there was dog hair everywhere and the sheets were not changed. The location is convenient and the prices are fair however, the facility, and staff have poor customer service, and zero professionalism. If the owner walked in unannounced, they would be disappointed. I would never recommend anyone staying there short or long term.

The bed was as hard as a rock, and the bed frame felt like it was going to fall apart It creaked all night, the people above had dogs running around all night on the floor, they were doing something on the bed till 3 am so I couldn’t sleep. Terrible experience

Hotel itself was new and great, aside from an odd new construction smell? The problem came from the bed itself. The beds were uncomfortable and incredibly noisy. Any form of movement caused creaking and squeaking from the cheap unsecured metal frames. Now the fun part, the neighbors above us did not seem to mind their same squeaking and creaking bed. So we got to listen to them fool around for a good amount of time, wondering if they were going to fall through the ceiling... So, I would not suggest staying at this particular hotel if you plan on getting any rest.

Hospital stay

The room reminded me of a hospital. The bed had no box spring just a bare metal frame, no blackout drapes just blinds that let alot of light in. The kichen was nice but you need to bring everything . Would not stay there again . It was just barely ok
