Poor customer service

The front clerk was never at the desk. Had to come back to check in after waiting 20 minutes. Had requested bottom floor room knowing that might not be possible. I indicated that i have physical limitations. The front desk clerk put me on the top floorthe room was the farthest away from the elevator.

Clean and comfortable

The hotel was great! The staff were always friendly and very helpful! I had never stayed at an extended stay hotel before. It was a little different than a regular hotel in my opinion. It didn’t feel as cozy. Which is not a bad thing, I just wasn’t prepared for it! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The grounds were clean and well cared for. It was quiet.

Very unfriendly atmosphere. The front desk people were nice enough. We just expected so much better for the money and the sign on the building which promised “premium suites”. We weren’t given a suite. No extras like lotions, etc. The smoke alarm flashed every five seconds (no exaggeration) right over the bed. It was like being treated like an unwanted guest you didn’t want to make comfortable so that they wouldn’t stay. Only coffee in the lobby, no breakfast. Very austere and unfriendly. I won’t stay here again. I could’ve stayed at a Super8 and got better for less.

Breakfast not breakfast.

It was a very nice hotel and we really enjoyed the room. My only thing is-the "breakfast" is not a breakfast. It is a coffee bar. I chose the hotel for the breakfast so that one meal would be out of the way. But it's not breakfast. Needs to be readdressed and not on the listing.

This location seemed to be lacking in customer service. They mentioned that they didn't receive their food delivery for breakfast. I understand things happen, but a quick trip to the store to purchase some easy breakfast items would have helped the situation.

Good stay!

One night stay as we tour around the Pacific North West, clean & comfortable, GVFM. Great area around for dining and shopping. Only down side no drinks station in reception no coffee machine in the room!
