3rd time staying at this property while in Meridian and it was great, as well. Front desk Mark was incredibly helpful and shared graat tips on nearby activities/restaurants.

I will start with the good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was large and clean. The hotel itself also was very clean. However, the whole facility was a bit dated. Now for the negative. The pillows on the bed were small and not dense enough. Basically very little support for your head at night. The bottom sheet which goes over the mattress was not the correct size and kept pulling off as you moved in bed at night. The buffet breakfast that was provided in the morning was probably the worst I’ve ever had. Most of the products were cheap and of poor quality. The oatmeal was not premade. It was from an envelope that you poured hot water over. The eggs that were served in the morning were powered. The only fresh fruit offered were bananas. The juice was very cheap and sugary. Basically poor quality. For a Radisson establishment I would expect much better.

The spa and tv was down which was a big bummer and only reason for the overall rating. The staff, receptionist, breakfast wete all wonderful. A notice online about the spa being down would have been helpful.

Had to stay for a week while my house was being worked on. When i went to my room i found i accidentally booked the wrong room. I needed a two room suite so I could work with out disturbing my wife. When i went back and asked if i could pay for the upgraded room, they upgraded me for no charge. About the only complaint i have is the hot tub was oit of order the entire stay.

The staff for the most part was great. The disappointments were the air in the gym wasn’t working so it was hot and stuffy. Not all the equipment worked. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and that was disappointing. One night we couldn’t get the water in the shower to warm up. It must’ve at least taken 30-40 min. The front desk lady said they can move us but it’s the same water heater. There was no shuttle to local places or the airport.
