Staff was not overly friendly or assertive. Second floor reaked of marijuana so we reported it to front desk but nothing was done. Got to our room and the fridge and phone weren't working so we had to move to a different room. Also, we'd arrived late at night and they wouldn't accommodate a late check out of which most Hotels will do an hour but finally did negotiate to 30 minutes. Beds were ok, not comfortable and husband said his had a center dip so new mattresses would benefit the room. Toilets flush excessively fast, strong and long and extremely loud, enough to wake sleepers up even though it's in the next room. This was a one night business trip and we travel frequently and have stayed in a lot of BW+ but this was not up to standards of what BW+ usually are so we won't stay here again, not clean air environment enough for us.
