Paid for parking but was never told how to make the boom gate go up so couldn't get in and had to run back into reception to ask how. Either needs to be explained better on check in or better signage of how to get into car park. Both guests couldn't work out how to lock the bathroom door, very complicated. Unsure if it was broken? All in all, was a good stay and would stay again. Great location in the city, short walk to lots of eateries and even a Woolworths. Close to the Odeon Theatre."
