I requested two queen beds & had to settle for a king size, which led to less comfort for me. (My confirmation said I would have two queen beds.) The air conditioner was way too loud & woke me up several times. It sounded like a freight train!

When I arrived the Hotel could not find my reservation from Expedia which had been paid already for over a month to Expedia. So I had to pay a second time on the spot directly to the hotel. I couldn’t cancel the Expedia reservation thru the app because it was to late to cancel. And to make matters worse I still cannot get a person on the phone to talk to. I will never use a 3rd party booking again.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Baton Rouge College Drive, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk team went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and modern, with a super comfortable bed and plenty of outlets for charging devices. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like the Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, and strong Wi-Fi. It made relaxing after a long day so easy. One of the highlights was the hotel’s on-site restaurant and bar—great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. The location is also ideal: right off I-10, just a few minutes from LSU and downtown Baton Rouge, with tons of restaurants and shopping nearby. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the pool area looked very inviting (though I didn’t get a chance to take a dip this time). I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during my entire stay. Whether you’re in town for business, visiting LSU, or just passing through, I highly recommend this Holiday Inn. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Baton Rouge!

We were pleased with the size of the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. Limited number of restaurants within walking distance. We had one meal in the hotel restaurant which was very good but perhaps lacked atmosphere due to the lack of patrons. We also ate at Tio Javis which we could walk to.The food was good but the restaurant was very busy so would recommend booking in advance.
