In the 1830s, Barrington King and his father, Roswell King, co-founded the colony which became Roswell, Georgia. In 1839 on the highest point, overlooking the town, Barrington built a magnificent home for his family which today is recognized as one of the best examples of Greek Revival architecture in the United States.

"Staff friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms spacious and clean, housekeeping makes sure you have everything you need. She really goes above expectations. Beds were comfortable. Location convenient and walkable. The only thing I had an issue with was the smell as I stated before I have respiratory allergies and I’m very sensitive to molds and dust. "
