Dirty, scary people hanging around lobby and halls, Elevator not working, 1st room had someone using but no luggage or items besides toothbrush and dirty towels. imprint of head on bed pillows. 2nd room had large black skid marks on tub, clumps of dirt on bathroom floor, cracks in ceiling and hairs in towels. Informed Wyndham and asked for refund as I only stayed the first night and had to find other accommodations for the other 2 nights. I prepaid for 3 nights. Wyndham does not care about its guests at all as I received flip email from a Sean in customer service. photos on Travelocity of this property are not accurate and must be of some other location. Disgusted, but had to stay 1st night as was a late arrival with no transportation. Barricaded door with my luggage and the ironing board as was alarmed by the dirty ragged loners roaming the halls. Did not sleep all night. I was afraid for my safety.

I was with my dog, and prefer to have ground floor room, not on the 4th level. The window was open, impossible to close it, street noise disturbing our sleeping.
