Hotel very elegant.. Staff are very welcoming and hospitable... Our executive room was clean and spacious with beautiful city view that we enjoyed.. Buffet breakfast was okay not so great.. same menu everyday for our 4 days stay.. they should've change the daily menu for the enjoyment of those customers who have a long stay. I will be back and book this hotel the next time i will visit Bangkok again. More power to all the beautiful Hotel Staff.

The entire staff was courteous & helpful. Hotel is immaculate! Shuttle to the sky train was convenient, as the hotel is not central to moat sights. But good area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I was very pleased with the hotel, location was awesome, we were out everyday riding the BTS. The hotel offered free shuttle to the BTS which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful with things to do, their excursions cost more than if you planned it yourself online. Also, we found using Grab (uber) instead of local taxi which was much cheaper. Beware of those that solicit outside of the hotel they try to sell you excursions, their prices are double the cost. I had an absolutely great time.

The staff were amazing and so helpful, but I was disappointed with the rest of the hotel. It appeared to be more style over substance and little things made it quite uncomfortable. The pictures made to rooms look soft and luxurious, in fact the sofa was plastic, the floors were lethal after being in the bath/shower and the chair in front of the mirror tilted backwards and was quite dangerous.
