How do I find my flight number?
  • You'll find your flight number in your travel itinerary. It's easy to locate if you know what you're searching for. Browse the document for a code consisting of letters and numbers. The first one to two letters and digit indicate your airline name (these are called IATA airline codes). This is followed by one, two, three or four digits — your flight number.
How early can you check bags for a flight?
  • There's no need to kill time at home if you're packed and ready to head off on your exciting adventure. International flights begin their check-in process three hours before departure. Meeting relatives or friends at the airport? Be sure to inform them that baggage drop closes an hour before takeoff. If you're catching a domestic flight, aim to get to the terminal at least one to two hours prior to departure. Check-in closes 45 minutes before the plane leaves the runway.
If I am not able to travel due to COVID-19, can I change my flight to a later date?

Spirit is awesome

Seats terrible, spacing too close, fees for everything, horrible experience, one plus is cheap but add the fees for everything and I'll only use them if there is no other choice close. Will pay more to avoid them here however it was 7x more so I flew Spirit again which I said I'd never fly again after being left for hours at DFW late night with no info, no agents, and no way to reach.

Check in agent rude. Fortunately a Jet Blue employee directed me to the gates. I had paid 47.00 to check my carry on. Check in emp. Told me to keep it with me and when I got to the gate attendant, she said I was all set and just take my carry on with me onto the plane. I told her that I paid the 47.00 fee. I was then informed that was the fee for me to carry and stow my own carry on. I told her I couldn’t lift the bag. She said for 3.00 more it could be checked!!! I paid the 3.00. I asked where I should leave it, she said she would take and take care of my bag. When I asked it would be ticketed she said she would take of it latter. I was the only customer. She was not busy. I felt dismissed. When I picked up the bag in Boston it had aI luggage tag, but my customer copy/receipt had been torn off as if it had been given to me. The experience on board was no better. Flight attendants were surly, used reprimanding tone of voice. Not one person was polite. I worked direct customer contact positions in banking for 30 years. I know how serious this type of customer complaint is. Their attitude towards the customer comes from the top down. It must be unhappy place to work.
