"The location was convenient for my trip purpose. The hotel appeared new, though there was an unpatched dent in the wall. When I made a reservation, I received a welcome messages soI was looking forward to arriving. And, I had planned to pay at the desk by credit card, so I used a debit card to reserve. When I arrived, I wanted to pay with the card I planned, but I was only charged $75, and there was no explanation, so I was wondering if I had any credit from a previous refund. Then, I noticed later that my debit card was charged. I was like, “Was the $75 I paid a security deposit? Do I get it back?” There was no explanation from this very young front lady. The room I was assigned was open (I didn’t need to open the key), and it appeared that room service had not been completed. I asked for a bath towel. Anyway, young workers were in training. I hope they do well in the near future. Overall, I liked the place."
