The room was not highly rated as every review seemed. The bed had no box springs so was very low to the floor. The mattress had body ruts in it. The bathroom mirror had built-in lights but had been replaced with very dim ones. If I was a woman attempting to apply makeup it would’ve been a disaster not being able to see. The room could’ve been cleaner too.

Awful stay. We selected this property near airport due to the room having 3 beds, as we were three adults . Sofa bed was very broken and unusable. The nightstand was broken and also unusable. We requested a room change but hotel was booked. Too late to find alternate. Worst night sleep ever. General Manager unresponsive and indifferent. Staff unhelpful and uncaring. Expedia unhelpful. Have tried to followup with hotel and expedia but both indifferent. Extremely disappointing after years a as a loyal customer spending thousands. Run from this hotel.
