This newly renovated home is located in a safe and booming neighborhood and is close to all attractions Smyrna has to offer (i.e., Truist Park, Cobb Energy Center and Galleria). This nicely decorated home away home has two new king beds and two queen beds! The home will comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests and provides FREE ample parking on a long driveway and a one-car garage.

The Space:
Three bedrooms with one king bed and two queen beds are upstairs. One additional bedroom with a king size bed is located in the basement (6 feet 7 inch clearance). Mattresses are highly rated memory mattresses on Amazon. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking with complimentary coffee and tea. Plantation shutters and blackout curtains are installed on all windows for privacy and sunlight. TWO 55” smart TV for you to relax and watch your favorite shows! The place is conveniently located close to all major attractions Atlanta offers:

It is what it is…..

The pictures of the property did not disappoint. This property was perfect for two adults and four teenagers! The things the kids wished they had were full length mirrors a TV in the basement and a regular sized ironing board and I would have to agree. The best part of the property were the beds, so comfortable!! Lee is very responsive. I would book again.

Newly refurnished ranch home in Smyrna

Loved the location and the newly furnished feel. Host was very responsive and attentive. Since it is a newer listing, a few "regular" items were missing (like a toaster oven) but host appreciated the feedback and is adding that shortly. Basement room does not have a bathroom and is much colder than the rest of the house. Thanks for a great stay!
