Free parking was a bonus. HATE paying to park at a hotel. Don’t like sinks in room set ups. Didn’t notice that in description of rooms. Carpet had stains in room 622. Staff friendly. Gentleman checking us in was very sweet.

I was sleeping and a roach crawled across my face . This has made my nerves so bad that I was unable to fall asleep the rest of my stay even when I was assigned another room the next one I couldn’t get into because the door wouldn’t unlock so another room was assigned! This is one of the most unpleasant stays I’ve experienced! My nerves are still very bad and I feel so disgusted! Please allow sum compassion for compensation. Thanks!

Peking entrance to hotel door was broken I am handicapped and had to walked down stairs to get to my car which is hard to do and took 20 min to get down stairs each time i had to return to hotel, king bed had a very large dip in the middle and made very loud cracking sounds each move i made.
