HOT-LANTA 1BD/1BA Luxurious Unit

A little piece of paradise in this downtown Atlanta getaway! Luxury awaits in this stunning 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom unit. The unit can sleep up to 4 adults as long as you don't mind 2 per bed. There is a king sized piece of heaven for you to sleep in that is located in the Master Bedroom. It's so comfortable, you might not want to leave! The additional sleeping area is located in the separated living room in the form of a pull out sofa. Fighting over the bed is not allowed in the unit :)

Linen and towels are provided and additional can be requested by the concierge in the main lobby. There is a FULL KITCHEN in this unit which comes with a dishwasher, oven/stove, and full refrigerator. Most dishes and utensils are also provided with the unit. The only thing we ask is that you load the dirty dishes in the washer before you leave. And I almost forgot to mention the margarita maker on the counter..... Drink Responsibly! There is a laundry facility located in the building. The front desk can direct the way if you ask.

There are tons of things to do in the area surrounding the building. Since it's located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, overlooking beautiful Centennial Olympic Park, most attractions like the SkyView observation wheel, museums and the Georgia Aquarium are within walking distance of the building or a short Uber or Lyft drive away. This place offers a unique, cool, hip vibe to the table that takes you to a carefree state! You can check out the rooftop pool and the Tiki Bar/Restaurant without even leaving the building.

Please note I cannot choose your exact unit. If you would like a certain floor or view, please let me know, and I will request that for you. All requests are granted when you arrive if the front desk has availability to honor them. They will give you instructions regarding which unit you are assigned to at that time.
