The lady at the front desk was nice enough I suppose, although not super welcoming when I first arrived. The room was clean, but the noise… I barely slept, and I am a very heavy sleeper typically. It seemed to be a very not busy night for the hotel, and yet still, I could hear every voice and every pipe around my room. I was exhausted the entire next day.

The rooms were definitely neglected. The hotel feels old. The staff was nife and did help us by providing us with access to the lounge but the room was not clean. The beds were at least clean and comfortable. The bathroom was dirty with splatters all over. The toilet was disgusting and so was the shower. Honestly, hotels have to use UV light to inspect bathrooms before new guests check in.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean. House keeping came and offered to change the sheets and stuff. The only thing was the bathroom slide door. It was off track so it was hard to open and close. Other than that. A great stay. I will be back,

We had some minor setbacks ( technology issues and messed up bathroom door). However, as soon as I told the front office rhey took care of both issues promptly. The overall hotel stay was nice and it a neutral location to other functions we wanted to visit.
