DO NOT STAY HERE OR WITH THIS HOSTThis was a 0-star experience. The property was dirty, had trash throughout the area, and frequently smelled strongly of marijuana. I also personally witnessed what appeared to be drug transactions in the parking garage.Access was difficult. The garage entrance is across an alley from Publix & Walgreens, and trash and crushed boxes frequently blocked the alley, sometimes leaving room for only one vehicle. Getting onto North Avenue was a mess, and the driveway was too narrow for two vehicles. I often had to drive over the curb when returning. Unhoused individuals were also frequently around the property, including one who regularly slept outside building entrances.Parking was a major problem. The pass had to be in an exact location or the vehicle would be booted. During my 3-month stay, my car was booted three times. On one occasion, I showed the boot company my valid pass, but was essentially told there was nothing they could do.The host was very unresponsive. When the digital lock failed, I had to hire a locksmith and pay for a replacement lock. My reimbursement request went nowhere.There were also serious plumbing issues. My bathroom and kitchen sinks backed up, and it took multiple emails to get help. At one point, water sat in my bathroom sink for more than a week.After 3 months, I cannot recommend this property or host. The cleanliness, parking, maintenance, security, and lack of communication were unacceptable. Stay somewhere else
