So basically the stay was alright and I say alright because for 1 housekeeping staff speaks no damn English but the worst part is that someone that works here used my card to for a room and I believe it’s it was the manager TERRY. He was not apologetic and didn’t show any concern. I checked out on the 30th of September yet a room was booked in my name with my card on the 30th mind you they have no paperrwork no signature no documentation that I myself booked this next room. Also the parking lot is always full, the back patio is near the road not even protected and the bathrooms need renovation
