We were pleased when we discovered we were on the top floor, then once we stepped off the elevator it smelled like a dead body, most likely mold. There was obvious areas of water damage on the walls and ceiling. The room was spacious, and a decent size for a family of 5. The living room ac didn’t work, the only bathroom didn’t have a fresh roll of toilet paper, nor any replacement rolls. The rooms were clean. The bed were made wrong. The sheets were on top of the bed skirt. They did provide kitchenware and additional linen for the pullout. It was in a nice, convenient location, literally right behind Publix. Also, in the morning we showed up about 20 minutes before breakfast was over and the staff said she wasn’t making anymore breakfast despite their being a church bunch and multiple families. So, after a 50 people head count she opted to bring out more food.

Hotel was great!!! The receptionist at the front was Amazing!!! Only two issues that was doable . Hotel staff states that they were understaffed and could only give us 4 towels with a party of 10. Hotel elevator was broken. Had to take steps one time . But overall great stay.
