Hotel was great!!! The receptionist at the front was Amazing!!! Only two issues that was doable . Hotel staff states that they were understaffed and could only give us 4 towels with a party of 10. Hotel elevator was broken. Had to take steps one time . But overall great stay.

Its was in an excellent location and near the MARTA I was able to walk to the hotel. Also loved that is was near restaurants and stores.

I liked the fact that it was easily accessible to places. I loved how welcoming the staff was, always with a smile on their faces! The beds were not comfortable and the small dining area was really hot when we went downstairs for breakfast. I have never stayed somewhere that I had to microwave my food, normally when you go somewhere it’s hot already (without having to use a microwave). The coffee was out and it took a while to get more...like I was checking out and they had recently (finally) put the coffee out. The dining room was so small there wasn’t anywhere to sit, we had to go back to our room and eat our microwaved breakfast.

Nice Stay

Pros: Location and comfortable room stay
Cons: Fitness center
Comfortable stay and very convenient to highway and to the mall. The fitness room needed some work as most of the cardio equipment was old and inoperative.

Good for the money

It could use some remodeling, close to the majority of the attractions. The room was decent.

Nice hotel close to CHOA

We had a nice one night stay due to our daughter having surgery at CHOA the next morning. We had a room with two queen beds which slept myself, my husband and my mother easily and comfortably with plenty of room for my daughters pack and play to be set up out of the way. Bathroom was kind of small but that wasn't an issue. It did have a standard bathtub which was nice when it came bath time for the baby! The only thing I noticed our entire stay was that none of the trash cans in the room had liners but it wasn't a big deal! Check in was quick and easy with no issues finding our room or getting our things in. Breakfast the next morning was amazing in comparison to some hotel breakfasts we've had! If the need arises for us to come back to be near CHOA we will stay here again.
