My daughter and I had a lovely 3 night stay , the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing, the only issue we had was the room hadn’t been dusted and the clear door into the shower , however I would book this hotel again as it was so convenient for getting to airport and into the centre of Amsterdam

The tv did not work the entire stay even after they tried to fix it twice. They only offered me free drinks to make up for this but I am don’t drink and so don’t a lot of people so this was kind of in bad taste. The beds are super hard and not comfortable. Not a good investment for the money.

Great experience @ The Westcord

The staff were so friendly & accommodating. The hotel itself was clean & spacious & our room was comfy and a great size for 2 with multiple storage units. We had a garden view, I didn’t feel like there was much to see, but it gave us good natural lighting. The location is a bit out of the way - about 25 minutes from the centre, but that wasn’t an issue as it has good transport links nearby.

Great hotel and great staff except for one who ruins it for the bunch. I don’t like that you charge 5 euro for the wellness area. Nowhere on Expedia does it say that. Gilles and Miranda in the morning at the restaurant were absolutely THE BEST!!!! Now for why I rated you terrible. Had an issue with Wholle. The Gentleman and I say it loosely has very low emotional intelligence and is by far the weakest link in your superb staff. Even when I tried to explain my situation to him he was extremely unprofessional. Quite the opposite I received from the rest of your pleasant people on my stay. I would not come back to this hotel simply on having to deal with this worker and his egregious behavior. He is a liability to your establishment as a whole. Even when I asked his name (to write this review) and I tried to spell it the English version of W-A-L-L-Y. He says “naw that’s not it I think it’s bit too complicated for you”. Fine, no problem when I checked out I got the correct spelling from his colleague so I can write this review. Without WHOLLE you would have gotten a 5 star wonderful review. Since this is the only recourse I have for bad workers/Hotels, then that’s what it will be.

My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights. Helpful, friendly staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast! Spacious room with kettle, fridge & coffee maker. Shower & deep bathtub. Half hour walk to the museum district. Perfect base from which we explored Amsterdam. Highly recommend!! Thank you Westcord Fashion Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay with you.

Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly staff

Loved our stay at this hotel. We were greeted by extremely friendly and helpful reception staff - and a complimentary glass of prosecco. The rooms were clean, bright, well-equipped and comfortable. Just beware that the door to the shower/bathroom is clear glass! Luckily the toilet is behind a wooden door! The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and variety, and extremely fresh - delicious. It was in a good location, just a 10-15 minute walk from the train to Schipol, and a 6 minute walk to the tram with two lines taking you to the centre in around 10 minutes. Being a little out of town meant that we were able to have a much nicer hotel, and it was very easy to navigate around. It was also a nice walk through Vondelpark to Museum Square. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel itself was very clean , including the pool , which I enjoyed , the staff was very helpful as we needed a few extra things done and they were very amenable … It was quiet but I was hoping to be closer to the tourist areas , we had a walk to the trams which was a bit uncomfortable , overall I was very pleased with my stay
