Totally adequate for a roadside stop. Especially if you plan to eat at The Big Texan. Nothing else that is walking distance. Motel is old and decor is very basic. But that's some of the charm.

very unique hotel and reasonable rates. Nothing fancy but very clean and convenient. Right off the interstate so a lot of traffic noise but that is not something that can be controlled. Overall a very nice place to stay

Convenient location on i40 but also very noisy. Shares a parking lot with Big Texas restaurant and lots of road noise. The facility itself is older but has the western theme. Nothing special to pay extra for. The bed was very comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, but blanket covering the bed was very thin. No extra blankets. The adjacent room was extremely noisy with lots of children and adults yelling. Unfortunately the door between the rooms had an inch or more opening. This allowed us to hear them going to the bathroom, turning lights on, talking, etc.

It was a good stay on the way home from Spring Break. No problems, just nothing outstanding other than the convenience of The Big Texan right across the parking lot where the food and service are great. I would stay again.

Cute Motel!

Very cute motel attached to The Big Texan steakhouse. The motel was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Cant wait to stay there again during the summer when the pool is open

Nice theme and close to the steakhouse.

The room was cute and a nice them. Cons- shower/ Tub drainage very slow. It can get a little noisy outside. Close to the Steakhouse was nice. Overall good stay for 1 night.

Stayed on the second floor this time. A little more road noise but room and beds were comfortable and clean. Pet friendly with lots of room outdoors to walk your dog. Great restaurant on the property.

Motel has a very festive cowboy theme, affordable, and is conveniently located next to the restaurant. The room was clean and had basic needs. It provided RV/Big Rig parking and horse corrals, if traveling with animals. We stayed in second building off main motel. There is no elevator and the outdoor metal stairs are in need of repair. This was challenging for my MIL, as there were no 1st floor rooms available. The mattresses feel "worn" and are in need of replacement.

Perfect for a quick night after eating at the big Texan. Clean kitschy rooms. Bring your own shampoo, not sure if they just forgot or that’s the norm. Good explicit instructions to get in room made it easy for no front desk check in.

We needed to book last minute and when we arrived I realized we needed a code to get in as the front desk is not manned. So we waited for about an hour with multiple phone calls trying to get our code. The place is Texas rustic (not in a cute way but more of a rough inexpensive way). It’s ok don’t get me wrong but I think if they had some money they could really take this to a better level which out putting in a ton of money.
