This is the perfect don't judge the book by its cover situation. The location is not the best. Kind of a warehouse district. But the folks who run it are very nice and my apartment/room was very nice and clean. Other than the looks of the location, the proximity to great food, easy shopping was perfect. I had a problem with my door lock and they were very diligent in getting it fixed. Would definitely stay here again.

Interesting stay in a hotel covered from low end apartments. Within an hour of arrival, a daylight shooting interrupted my plans. Police going door to door, asking questions. When I returned at 11pm, still a large police presence.
