The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice, just be sure to be punctual as they end exactly on time and take everything away and turn you away. We were given the room overlooking the bar which was loud on weekends. I assume it’s because we didn’t book directly with them. We played white noise on our phones to drown out the noise and were fine.

Absolutely fantastic!
We were there for one night after my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was all very nice and helpful. The power went out the next morning so it made it a little hectic. It was out of the staffs control and they handled it VERY well. Everyone was super accommodating! Lenny saved the day with some bottled drinks so my kids could enjoy breakfast. Would absolutely stay again!

It was most enjoyable to sit and watch the eclipse (April 8, 2024) on the hotel property. I was concerned driving up from NC that I wouldn't know where to go to see it, and then it was "in my own backyard." Also appreciated the hotel being so close to I-77 and easy to get to. And, the staff were all very nice, especially the gentleman "hosting" in the dining area. It was a joy to see him each morning. What I did not like at all was the technology used. While I am an older retired person, I did work a good many years in IT and am able to work with an app. The Hilton Honors App did not recognize me, even after I entered the confirmation# correctly when prompted. The concierge said that the app had not "linked me" to my reservation. I could not check in via the app nor could I see my charges and check out via the app. I also did not like the format of the receipt for my stay. Neither the $694 hotel room charge nor the $75 I had to pay upon arrival appear on the receipt. Only the charge for one dinner appears! I am hoping to be credited the $75, as I was told I would be by the concierge. I could only see all of my charges through my credit card bank. There is also a mysterious amount of $17.15 Embassy Suites charged me on 4/8/24 though I honestly have no idea what that was for. I would also like that refunded. But, like I say, the staff and room were very nice.

The temperature in our room would not stop increasing throughout the night even when I turned down the cool setting to 59. By the time we went to check out of the room it was 80. I would say that was the only unfortunate part of the stay.

My Family stayed for one night . We were in town for a Volleyball tournament. The girls had fun in the pool and gym. The staff were friendly at check in and check out. The room was clean and bed was super comfy. The sleeper sofa was comfy also the girls said. We had some people above us jumping around but other than that it was quiet. The breakfast buffet was A . Very nice staff working there also. Will def. stay again when we come back.
