Good location and views are amazinng.

The locations was in the middle of acapulco bay, exactly in front of El Amigo Miguel, my favorite seafood restaurant. There was no parking so I had to park in the street. The bath towels were old and loose edges on all towels. The bathroom had a stench that would come out of the drain so we would have to cover. And the pillows were overwhelming big, I had a stiff neck every morning. The hotel is clean, restaurant had good service and when I need ice in the lobby the would always provide.

The AC did not work in my room. It just blew hot air. I was told this is normal, but no it’s not. I know what AC is supposed to feel like and it’s not supposed to feel like an army of old people blowing hot mouth air in my face.

The location of the hotel is excellent, next to the beach, does not have restaurant but in front of the hotel on the beach there are many good restaurants. What we did not like the most is the lack of a fridge in the room. Our room had the small of sewer in the bathroom, probably coming from the shower drain

My stay was comfortable. Ive stayed ay this hotel many times. The only issue is the wifi is non existence so if you're traveling for work and need wifi you wont have any luck. But i would stay here again

A gem in Acapulco

Fantastic hotel, right opposite the beach. Big, air conditioned rooms with massive windows and superb views. Modern bathroom with a large shower. Very friendly and helpful staff.

THE ROOM VERY CLEAN. THE LADY THAT CHECKED ME IN WAS VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY. THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IS THE WIFI I COULD NOT CONNECT AT ALL DURING MY WHOLE STAY.

Although the property is advertised as "sea view rooms", rooms are actually facing the pools. To avoid being stared at from the pool area, I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, so the place felt dungeony. Hot water in the shower was actually lukewarm at best, which wasn't always pleasant. There was no hairdryer or a fridge in the room. I didn't mind the hairdryer, but the fridge is a must in my opinion.

The property was very clean and up to date loved the motel. They could use some training on their staff. The only english speaking person at the front desk held us there for an hour and half trying to straighten up a mistake with expedia. I told her please just let us go to our room and we could straighten it up the next day. We had been traveling for 10 hours and we were exhausted. She would have nothing to do with letting up in our room. She needs some customer service training. Besides the bad check in the rest of the staff and hotel was fantastic. Hope you check out this motel if you are in Acapulco.
